The hotel had a great and unbeatable location a couple of blocks away from Cube Gallery. It was located 5 minutes walk from the downtown.
Greatly enjoyed our rooms in a twin bedroom. The breakfast was hot and above average, with good food choice.
It had unbeatable location quite close to Cube Gallery.
Definitely, there was parking missing, we were a little disappointed.
The room was cleaned or fresh towel put out and available with comfortable bed. Overall the service was very good.
Its lovely design.
Compact room, new-fashioned with the bathroom and comfortable beds plus essentials, immensely pleasant staff. Plenty of great food. Marvellous and lovely location - a super close walk to Gay Village.
No complaints whatsoever, overall it’s functional place with incredible staff upon check-out.
A huge variety of meals for breakfast, it was satisfactory. Our hotel was in a great and unbeatable location easy to get to the train station also. Spent our evenings in nearby The Circus Tavern enjoying drinks and atmosphere. ...

Location is brilliant! Nearest to St. Peter’s Square tram station, plenty of buses options, walkable to Piccadilly Gardens and Train Station.
The toilet door needed some pushing to shut and the air ventilator is rather loud and long. Breakfast is at hotel next door.

This hotel is located in a very convenient area, just a stone's throw away from the Palace Theatre and a short walk from Piccadilly Station. The rooms are well equipped with comfy beds and good facilities, making it a great value for the price. The breakfast included in the stay is an added bonus with hot items like baps available. The staff are friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Everything was fine with no major drawbacks.
Really enjoyed the place, brilliant for shopping. I took a spotless and welcoming room with comfortable bed, TV, as for instance. The location was unbeatable, within easy walking distance of Gay Village. There was plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
Small parking and satisfactory breakfast with added hot items eg baps.
The hotel was good value. Appreciated my comfortable stay on a business trip. Delicious breakfast, best ever had, with snotty fried egg, mushrooms plus yoghurt. The suite was new-fashioned, I felt like at home.
My Thanksgiving stay at this hotel was quite average. However, there were a few things that I appreciated. the location was ideal since it was close to the attractions that I wanted to visit. Secondly, the complimentary breakfast was decent with a variety of options to choose from. Also, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
My stay at this hotel had a few drawbacks. The room was small and cramped, making it hard to move around.
